It looks almost identical to a patch of a Polish Division, which was half red/white with a green cedar tree.

 Dear Ms. Chard, First of all, Happy Labor Day. I read that you had someone interested in the 341st? I have the unit history in front of me as I type. The shoulder patch, described as crosshairs in a scope, is that of IV Corps. Hopefully that will be of some assistance to the interested party.
