T/5 WONG A CHIN
#1

Hello Everyone,

My name is Gregory; I am trying to get in contact with someone who can help me to obtain some informations regarding a member of the 1303rd Engineer General Service Regiment Co E.

His name was Wong Ark CHIN, he was a Tech/5 , he has been killed in 06/06/1945 in southern France, he was a member of the Corps of Engineer. For your information he is buried in the Draguignan Memorial Cemetery (France) and he has a Stone there. I work on the behalf of the Memorial cemetery; I have been given this project to find as much information such as photos, stories, etc… to be able to honor those soldiers killed or died during WW2.

It will be great to have a photo of Wong and to know if someone can get me in contact with his son, I believed he has a son named Roy Ark CHIN.

Can anyone help me out on this task? In advance would like to thank you.

best regards to all

Greg

While this is NOT specific info on the soldier himself, I wanted to make sure that you also saw any other pertinent info we had on the unit.

I cannot find any family tree showing the marriage records for him in Missouri or elsewhere. The only record I could find was the above one listed his date of death.
