Hello everyone.

Here you can see a preview of the new dvd that will be published soon. 30th Infantry division veterans returned to Europe inSeptember 2009. You can even see the unveiling of our monument where some of you contributed for.

Take a look on it. It has France (St. Lo, Mortain), Belgium (Fouron-le-Comte, Malmedy), Holland (Noorbeek, Kerkrade, Maastricht).

I hope you like it. It's made by a guy who is working for Discovery Cahnnel.

Best to all of you,

Frank

We contacted the cameraman and he told us that he will possibly return to Europe this Summer to make some more shots. Maybe he is coming to Noorbeek too. Let's hope so.

Finally got a chance to begin watching it. Looks like a great production. Saw the monument to "our guy". So happy to see it.

Thank you Frank for placing this here.

You helped us realizing it so it's something of you too. I am looking forward to the dvd. Maybe some more stuff on it which is filmed in our village.

I finally got to watch the entire clip. I have to admit I cried. It was so touching. I hope our forum members will take the time to view this, for it is well done,

While this film looks at one division, the 30th, films like this honor ALL veterans who fought across the battlefields everywhere.

I learned they still have to do some filming but their intention is to publish it late this year, if they can find someone who will buy the film. Fingers crossed!!!
