combat engineers questions

Hate to correct this, but a Tec 5 was a corporal with special skills. My dad was a Tec 5. A Tec 4 is a Sergeant. The tec classifications were used throughout WWII.

Still think a tech 5 was the radio op. The jeep could have

had a radio mounted on the back behind the driver. But
