1621st Model Making Detachment

Yesterday I posted a note on your website for my 83 year old boss who has alzheimers disease. His name is Gordon Elmer Keith and he was a member of the 1621st Model Making Detachment in Caserta, Italy, I believe. I couldn't find any info on this particular unit. He loves to talk and read about the war, and I think this would be great for him if there was any info on the other men in his detachment. Let me know what I can do to make his day!
