372 engr.gen.sv.regt.

Hello to you all,I`am trying to find the information about the 372 engr.gen.sv regt.

The reason is that I have adopted the honoured grave of PFC Harris Rodney W.

his number is 36293082.He is be buried at the American Cemetry at the place of Margraten the Netherlands.Untill we never forget what they did for our freedom,they has given theirs lives so we can live in peace.To remember the fallen I have adopted his grave.I will visit his grave on rememberanceday and further so many as possible.Lay down some flowers and think of what they did for us.

I searce to his unit,so I will now what they did and ware.I have whriten some letters to several departments of the U.S.A.I hope that I get some response.

Also I`am the proud owner of 1 GMC[deuce and a half]When I now the marks of the 372 I will remark my GMC to this regiment.

So when anybody will and can help me,please don`t hasitated and help me.

Sorry,for this second try.I thougt that I also could searce on this.

I have already whritten several letters to the historical building of Wisconsin and Engineers Home of History.

I hope that they have a quiqe response to me,like you do :pdt34:

At this moment of whriting I`ts raining in Holland.

But the weekends starts and tomorrow[saturday]I will do some maintenance on my GMC.

My holliday was in Normandy

I drove the 700 km to the Omaha beaches and back to Rotterdam.I`ts was :pdt34:

Can I show some pictures of it on this forum???

Dear Marion,

Probely i`am searcing not in the ride direction.

I`am searcing to the 372 engineers,but how is the division or battallion organized :pdt40:

Or in what division must I searce the Big Red One or the 2nd armore division.

Can you lead me the way in the organisation of the U.S.Army.How they build up?
