Frank Gubbels (a name many of you will know from WBG), placed a post under my ongoing topic of Don Burgett. Here is what Frank had to say:
I just want to let you know that I received a certificate of adoption today. This means that I adopted the grave of a private who was KIA and is buried in Margraten. It is the grave of Paul Carter. He was from A-com. 506 PIR 101 ABN. The same unit as Don Burgett. I already contacted Mr. Burgett and he was delighted that people are taking care of the graves of their fallen comrades. Here is a picture of Paul Carter which I found on the internet.

Frank
Note that this is also the same company that Art Morneweck's brother Robert was in.
Hats off to you Frank. Thanks for your dedication.

It works Marion. Many thanks to you for your help and for posting this here. I will pay respect to him and I will try to contact his family if possible.
Tres bien! Sorry about the initial confusion. For some reason the registration works smoothly without any assistance from me the majority of the time. Then for some inexplicable reason, it needs me to personally go into the ADMIN to okay users. It's NOT supposed to do that. Some danged glitch in the software.
Anyway...
So happy that you joined. I am very thrilled that you are here and have always enjoyed talking with you on the WBG forum. I am honored that you decided to join. REALLY! You are one of the people that I always respected on that site.
Keep up the great work and thanks again for taking time out of your life to give to others.
Merry Christmas across the great sea. M
