Margraten Memorial Day / Morneweck

Dear friends ,
Yesterday I spent my day at Margraten to commemorate them who gave their lives for our freedom .
My special thoughts went to Pfc Bobby Morneweck , beloved brother of our friend and buddy Papa Art .
A few years ago I adopted the grave of Robert and I promised to take care of that place till the end of my days .
Here are some pics I took yesterday . I thought it would be a good idea to pay tribute to both brothers ….
Best

Seahorses in Afghanistan

Colonel Stevens recently told me that he had his men place Seahorse stickers an any job or operation they were working on in Afghanistan. I boldly asked him for some of them and he sent me enough for all on the roster and today I got them I will send each of you one of them and to as many of the men who respond to the reunion letter that just went out.
Now let Taliban quail in fear when they see the Seahorse.
