A B-17 from the Gulf Coast Wing of the Commemorative Air Force will be in Kalamazoo, MI. Aug 1 thru 5. (The schedule on their website lists it as Aug 2-5)

Wouldn't you love the opportunity to ride on one of those B-17's? With my luck though, I'd probably get air sick as soon as the wheels left the ground!

I went to see the B-17 this morning, took the tour thru the plane and went thru the Navy & WWI aircraft museum & the new Air Zoo building. Got to talk to a couple of the veterans for awhile. Had a great time and was well worth going.
