612th Engineer Light Equipment Bn

Recommended Posts

Hey Bill:
Hope all is okay on your end. Have a question for you.
Do you have any info on the 612th Engineer Light Equipment Battalion? Trying to do some research for a new friend.
Thanks a million,
Marion

Hi Marion, everything is going good, thank you for asking.
I was looking at WW2 Engineer lists and couldn't find a lot of information but I am including some links that may at least point you in the right direction.
Looks like the 612th was re-designated the 387th according to the lineage but I have included all I could find on them.
Good luck!
Here is the lineage and honors information:
U.S. Army Center of Military History - Lineage and Honor...
