    My dad used the expression "weak kneed sister" quite a bit. Usually when refering to some politician. In fact he used it a lot when George McGovern ran for president.

    I once read somewhere that the term Yankee originaly was of Dutch origin and was used to describe early settlers in the New England region. How it was derived is for some linguist because that's all I recall.

    All I can see is if Ted Kennedy was around in WWII I might be typing in this in Japanese. To some people everything the US has done since it's inception has involved one evil ulterior motive after another. Seemingly most of these types work for the LA, NY Times, Wash. Post ect.
