      Advertisers   08/12/17

If you would like to advertise on my VI Corps site, please let me know. However, all ads must be directly related to WWII. Are you an author? Are you conducting tours? Are you a researcher? Prices are very reasonable, for aren't we here to benefit each other? Looking forward to hearing from you.

Viewers, please note, there WILL NOT be giant pop-up ads on my site. Nothing infuriates me more than going to someone's site and having to scroll past obnoxious, in your face ads or ones that are stuck in the middle of articles, forcing you to scroll further down the page to see the rest of the paragraphs. They will be tasteful, appropriately places small banners.

Attention New Registrants - Please take a moment to read the section on REGISTRATION. This will inform you regarding the entire process and hopefully answer all your questions. 2. Grandfather served 1951-1971

I was able to get some thing from my father about my grandfather. I dont have time to scan this whole book, at the moment, but I wanted to post this here. If you know someone who may be in here and give me a name I"ll be more than happy to check and see if I can find them. Please take a look at the 3rd picture with the units listed, just to save me some time if possible, so I'm only looking for people who may be in there. Please move this to a more appropriate forum area if this is incorrect.

  5. Hello Everyone

Hello. My name is Matt Snyder. I'm here searching doing research. My grandfather was Sgt Maj William Snyder. He was in the army 51-71 and served in the 10th Engineer Battalion. The thread I started for that is here . http://www.6thcorpscombatengineers.com/engforum/index.php?showtopic=8352 I also want to apoloize ahead of time, if some of my terms are not correct. I have cerebral palsy and so was never able to serve myself. Thank you.
  6. Grandfather served 1951-1971

Hello. My name is Matt Snyder. My grandfather was Sgt Maj William Snyder. He was in the army 51-71 and served in the 10th Engineer Battalion. I'm trying to find out information on his service. Projects he worked on , things he was a part of etc. I was wondering if you could help me find out where to find this information or where I could start. Or even better if you had any experience with him or his unit. I also want to apoloize ahead of time, if some of my terms are not correct. I have cerebral palsy and so was never able to serve myself. Thank you.
