Okay guys and gals. After reading a post by Frank G, I thought we'd start a new post. Here's my quote from his post...

 

I always loved when the GI's painted names on their guns, etc. Hitler's Hell is no exception. Some were very creative, some right to the point. Just gave me an idea; we should start a new post with the painted phrases from various GI's throughout the war. Ya, that would be cool.

 

So here we go. A little bit of history. A little bit of fun! Go for it!!! I'm looking up some right now...

American fresco probably dating back to World War II was discovered in a house in Saint Lô.
