Farewell Ronald Palmer - 116th Engineer - Walt's Daughter - 11-14-2012

Ronald Palmer passed away 10/31/12 at 94. He was born in Montrose, PA. He was an army combat engineer with the 116th Div during WWII in the South Pacific. Please remember him and all the others we owe.
