The famous statue of the bridge replica is "Fière" that since 1950 installed at the entrance to Fort Bragg, home of the 82 AB. This is Lieutenant General Robert F. Sink (yes the same) who asked the sculptor Leah Hiebert to make this work more than 4 meters bronze representing a parachutist in uniform M42 .
