Had my misgivings with the luck I've had lately but so glad you liked it.

Remember us when you put your hands together in prayer we sure as

H**L need it. One day at a time still

Sarge,

I've had your prayer request covered for the last several months.

Started in when you went "awol".

Every day I wanted to ask Marion how you were, but figured - well, I'll just pray for him anyway.

I'm just "next door" in Needham, so - if I can be of assistance - let me know. I mean that & am not just sayin' it.

As Paul Harvey would say here's the rest of the story:

Marion has proven that she is a real friend and can/will respect a confidence

if asked - for that I say Thanks!!

Rogue didn't mean to ignore you but I had no free time.

Since Oct. 10, 2005, I have been my wife's Primary Care Giver 24/7. This is NOT

a complaint because after 60+ years together I could not/would not do anything

else. Since this last August, I have been able to get her into a Senior Day Care

Center two days a week that provides a whole bunch of stuff for which I am happy

because I now have those few hours to myself and time to do the necessary.

There are other factors I WILL NOT go into that have entered my life and require

my attention.

Maybe there will be occasional moments I can post etc. but I would ask that you

accept this as an explanation of why I may/may not respond to any contacts.

Preferably few - if any - Verstanden??

Thanks for all your good wishes and prayers!!! The diagnosis is that my wife has

ALS(Lou Gehrig's Disease) for which there is NO CURE. How aggressive the disease

is nobody can say - so it is literally a day to day thing.
