I'm willing to bet that after 4 months on the battlefield you might have a hard time choosing between any of those women and Ma Kettle with a skillet of fried chicken and a fresh baked pie.....There's a name I bet you havent heard in a while

YEP--WE DID, THAT XCEPT WE DIDN,T HAVE THE CHICKEN. WATER IN CAN WUZ MELTED

SNOW. THOSE COLEMAN STOVES WERE SURE HANDY. Rocky

It does tend to lose some of it's charm if you have to kill it....but when it's well made, there is nothing quiete like it.

I wonder if Ken Ryan was better looking than Ma Kettle....

Cant help but wonder how long it took Europe to get back their chicken stock. God knows we must have eaten most of them during the war. And enjoyed them.
