I have looked in our 'bible' and see two mentions of the 187th Engineer Combat Battalion. They were involved in the crossing of the Rhine at Rhienberg and were to provide support to an Assault Infantry Regiment.

I do have a group of people from the 187th, that I correspond with, including a veteran. I will make sure to add you to the group and introduce you via email.

I just realized that I had added you to the group a few months ago. Sorry about that. I did that back in August, that is why I didn't realize you were the same person. Did I introduce you to the group? Man, can't remember. Let me know either way. If I didn't, I will do so today.
