Cool, eh?

Now if I was just closer to KS! LOL !

I read the instructions on their page and they handle the procurement of documents the same way NARA does. You go there yourself, write to obtain, or hire a student or private researcher to scan and send them to you.

Since I won't be going to Kansas in the near future...

I sure wish I could go there. This amazing. Found 2 units I have been researching. Got to figure out if I know anyone out there to help me out.

Best of luck in that venture. Where there's a will there's a way.

I conducted my research here. I have no complaints. The staff was helpful, and pleasant to talk with. For the unit I was researching (24 Armored Engineers), they only had part of the records. They said rest were at Collage Park, or thrown away ( I hope not :pdt: ). I'm not sure if this is the same with other units though.

I know they have all the original maps from Market Garden. :pdt12:

College Park has a tremendous facility. That is where I acquired about 2000 pages of materials on my father's unit.
