Welcome Don. Sorry about the little mishap with registration.

So happy to have you here, and can't wait to see what you have regarding your father's unit. This is great.

Warmly,

M1

Hello,

My father was in Company B 1284th. I have the history of the unit I hope to scan in and put on a web page soon.

My father was in the 1284th, serving in Europe and the Philippines. Don't know what Company. He was 96 in April and I'm trying to put together a history of his service/unit in WWII for him.

Were you able to to put up a site or are you able to point me to a resource?

thanks so much for your help.

Finding out more info on this unit. I see I neglected to do so a few years back....
