Hello Marion,

This is a coincidence - when i received your email with Phil Bub's picture I wanted to "reply to all" and drop a line to say sorry I hadnt been in touch

for so long - that i had updated my 36th photo gallery - AND that I had just "Facebooked" myself...

...and 10 minutes later I receive your invitation on Facebook!

Marion, we should create John a Facebook address!!

Dick Field (551st PIB vet - southern france ww2) is on facebook, hes in my 'friends' if you want to see him.

do you know about Dick Field ?

You should contact him and get his story for your website.

Now please have a look at this:

Friends reenactors in France reenacting engineers building a bridge!

Also please have a look at this article i just wrote tonight about John on a French forum - pls let me have your feedback.

Im sorry i havent been in touch for so long. i still owe you this cd with my 36th engineers pics - do you still need it ?

I feel quite bad about that - just to let you know lost my job this summer and still looking for a job.. morale not that high

so please excuse me.

You and John are special friends for me.

Kind regards gilles
