Oi!!!! :lol::lol: Everybody sing along...

I'll post more photos when I get the shared ones that others took, in the near future.

Here's another neat thing. Bob Likam and family did much of the planning for the reunion. When we went to the dinner Thursday night, they had these great place cards at eveyone's seat. Each one was different and had a unique question on the front, with an answer on the back. Super idea!

I was sitting next to Sue Crilley, Joe's wife and we came up with the idea to pass our cards around and have everyone there sign them. Now we had a wonderful souvenior and reminder to take home with us.

While there, we also passed around one for George Koskimaki. I plan on presenting it to him at the next 101st meeting in Farmington Hills in Oct.

Here's the front of my card.

I told everyone at the table about the image of the combat engineer. Informed them about the story of Vince and how this image was an actual combat engineer. For those of you who aren't familiar with that story, you can read about it here:

Doug sent me this letter. along with a few photos. Am sharing the letter and placing the photo of myself, Jane Likam and Doug Wilber on the forum.

The letter was from the Eisenhauer's. Doug included a copy for me:

Doug - Here'a picture of you and Marion and Jane that I took at the Reunion Banquet. Thought you and Marion might like one as a keepsake. It was nice meeting you and very heart-warming observing your keen interest in your Dad's WWII experiences. Marion seemed to have the same enthusiasm for her Dad's experiences also. You two must have much in common.

Until later - Syble & Ray

Any knowledge if a member of the 326th was awarded the CIB?

Robert
